Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Moyo Clothing order. If a shirt or pair of pants isn't working out, our return process is simple and straightforward.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after this window has closed can't be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with any original tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

We're happy to accept returns for both defective items and items you simply decide you no longer want, as long as these conditions are met.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, regardless of the reason for the return. Shipping costs incurred in sending an item back are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees

We don't charge any restocking fees on returns.

5. How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy:

Step 1 — Email us at support@moyoclothing.shop with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if the item arrived defective or damaged.

Step 2 — Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

6. Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll confirm whether it's approved. Since Moyo Clothing currently processes orders through Cash on Delivery rather than card payments, approved refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Processing time: refunds are typically completed within 7 business days of us receiving and approving the return.

7. Exchanges

We're glad to offer exchanges. The easiest way to exchange a shirt or pair of pants is to send back your original item first, then place a new order once your return has been approved.

8. Your Responsibilities

To help your return process go smoothly, please be sure to:

  • Return the item within the 30-day window
  • Keep it unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Include all original tags and proof of purchase
  • Cover the cost of return shipping

Returns that don't meet these conditions may not be approved.
