No. We offer free shipping on every order within the United States, with no hidden fees at checkout.

Question #4: Where is Moyo Clothing located, and where do you ship?

We're based at 601 SE 36th St Ste 118, Newton, KS 67114, and currently ship exclusively to customers within the United States.

Question #5: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Email us at support@moyoclothing.shop as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We'll do what we can to help before it ships.

Question #6: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging, and the customer covers return shipping costs.

Question #7: Is there a restocking fee for returns?

No. We don't charge a restocking fee on any eligible returns.

Question #8: When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process approved refunds within 7 business days via bank transfer.

Question #9: Do you provide tracking for orders?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Question #10: What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You'll pay when your order arrives, with no online payment required at checkout.
